Newsletter Subscription Notice NOTICE regarding the "SUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER" form Provided in accordance with Article 13 of the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)
1. Data Controller
The data controller is Ever Motion Solutions srl, with its registered office at Via Biancardi, 4 Lodi (LO) and operational office at Via del Commercio, 9/11 and 2/4 in Lodi (LO) – 0371 412318. 2. Processing and purposes
Ever Motion Solutions srl would inform you that your personal and identification data, entered in the registration form (name, surname, email address), will be collected and processed to complete the subscription process to the Newsletter Service. After entering the data in the form and only after you have checked the box for the notice, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided in the registration form. The subscription will be activated only when you click the "Yes, I confirm my subscription" button.
This subscription will allow you to receive periodic informational updates and communications about new products and/or services provided by Ever Motion Solutions srl. These communications will be sent exclusively via email.
Processing carried out using paper/computer tools does not involve automated decision-making processes.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is lawfully carried out based on the specific consent given by the data subject. To complete the subscription process to the Newsletter Service, the data subject must check the box indicating their willingness to proceed with the subscription after filling out the form. If the data subject does not check the box, the system will not allow the form to be submitted. It is specified that consent can be revoked at any time using the contact details provided in Section 1. Additionally, each newsletter contains a specific link to request cancellation.
4. Data Provision
Providing data is necessary to achieve the above purposes, and the lack of availability of such data will prevent the Data Controller from sending the newsletter.
5. Data Communication and Scope of Distribution
The data provided by the data subject to complete the registration process for the Newsletter Service may be accessible to the technology service providers used by the Data Controller to provide the Service.
The data will not be distributed or transferred abroad.
6. Storage time
Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the above purposes and to provide the requested service until the data subject requests its cancellation.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
You are granted the full right to request access to personal data, rectification or deletion of data, restriction of processing, or to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. This right can be exercised by sending an email to infoever@evermotionsolutions.com.
Additionally, the Data Controller will cease processing upon receiving communication of the withdrawal of consent previously given.
8. Complaint to the Supervisory Authority
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if their requests for information addressed to the Data Controller have not resulted in satisfactory responses.
